1. Dallas- Top of the West, top of the league. Had a close 4-3 result vs NYRB, but it was Dallas's first 3v3 so far, and the team became stable and won after XG figured out the right system. 2. Colorado- A small blimp vs Montreal, but Montreal is a strong defensive side with lack of offense. They should be able to bounce back. 3. Orlando- This team looks so stacked on paper, but their offense lets them down. If they can combine a good offense and defense, they're favorites to be in the RMLS Cup Final. 4. DC United- Good offense, but the defense is a letdown usually. I think they're best suited to a 4v4 in which nomer and hardys rotate in midfield and forward, while tgross is defending. 5. Vancouver- Terrible defense, but the offense is finally clicking. They would've beat Orlando by a few goals if shocking was able to shoot quicker. 6. NYRB- Good offense, but a bad defense. They would've pulled off an upset vs FCD after they came out of the gates running and surprised Dallas. 7. Montreal- Solid defense, but they need to find their scoring touch. If they were able to score more goals, they'd be challenging for the #1 seed in the East. A solid result against Colorado was very promising. 8. San Jose- The offense is able to produce in 3v3's, but in 4v4's, they can't seem to find their touch. Combine that with the most leaky defense in the league and it's absolute shambles. Their playoff chances are slim. |
