How is it that your base is balanced when you have NEVER EVER LOST 1 darn raid in it?!?
No, no, don't use ego and say "Because we are better" or "Because we are the best".
More than that. Have you even practiced on that base with group only members where the defenders are at a member disadvantage AKA: 10 defenders against 15-20 raiders, and where half of the dev team is on the raiders side the other on the defenders side?!?
This is for everyone trying to build a "Fair" or "Balanced" base. Dont be BIAS about it, a base should present some challenge towards the raiders but there is a thick line between a challenge towards raiders and unfair to the point of non-raidable.

you are talking about LABS? cause VOID has won PRs at LABS
and during VOID-TCC we were pretty close to winning at labs it's easy if you know how to raid it |

Nowhere in the post have I named a specific group that has a non-raidable fort. This is just for everyone who claims their base is fair or balanced.

Let's break this down for you, because you said a lot and got across very little.

You know, I hate to be that guy, but skill /does/ play a massive part in raids. In a completely fair base, a skilled group that goes up against a weaker group will come out on top. Every. Single. Time. Does this mean that the base is unfair?
No
Case in point, I (with actual game design knowledge under my belt) built one of the most use EW bases. Statistically, it was entirely fair. Each side got money at the same time, same rate, and if the raiders captured the base, the spawns switched (putting the defenders in the position of recapturing the base).
We lost about one legitimate raid there. Every other time, our opponents were less skilled than us, and we won.
Of course, building an entirely fair base is impossible and that means fake-raiding with people from your own clan is automatically a failed test of fairness, but we'll get to that in a moment.

Yup. More often than not, whichever side had the best fighters, won. Huge surprise, I know!
This isn't really a valid point, though, because the fake raiders have something that normal raiders do not: experience in the base. They know (or should know) the base inside and out, and have trained with the weapons available. Unlike normal raids, where the raiders have to take valuable time figuring out the complicated keybinds on a custom gun, or find out the fastest route, or sneakiest route, to the objective, fake raiders are on their home front.
The reason no base in the history of roblox can be 100% fair is because the defenders /know/ the base, know the weapons, and know how the game works. This is why it's better to fake-raid with allies than with your own clan.

Also a fair point. People really just assume they're correct when they say a base is fair, because... well, how can it /not/ be fair? They designed it, and they're always right, so who cares what any lesser person says?

Incorrect. As said above, the simple act of taking the base from the /home team/ is a challenge enough. The raiders don't need a stupid obstacle course to jump across or a no-man's land from their spawn to the defender's gate in order to make the game challenging. Those "little" things that make it "realistic" - ie giving the raiders pistols and your men rifles (which is stupid and unrealistic, but w/e) or putting the base behind a wall and forcing people to go through an obstacle course to get inside? Those make the base poorly designed and unfair.
Roblox is a game. It varies from clan to clan, but in the end, you either play it like it's a game and have good sportsmanship, or you get out.

I think you mean "thin" here so I'll just go ahead and say this is a good point.
Overall, a good essay on base fairness, but your facts are muddled and you don't seem to understand actual game design. You're in the mindset that clans are their own little bubble-universe and not actually taking part in a game. |

I dont seem to understand actual game design? Now that is funny.... Given I have made so many bases that were fun and balanced and etc. as well as some games that have gotten famous to first page for some time. I am in no such mindset about the clans being a Bubble-universe. Hell the latest project I am working on is going to have a bit of everything for everyone on roblox regardless of you are a part of a war group or not.
While group experience or skill and base experience defines which group is better there are some bases that are just non-raidable because of the defending group being BIAS about it. Such bases over the spam of the clan world were bases like the OSE swamp or the Raven Corporation bases where nobody could win raids in them regardless of group experience or whatever else experience there was. Even so if the group that created the base can win a self raid in their base that means that others can do the same, they just have to take a bit of time to adapt to the base and guns and etc.
Overall I have to say you do provide some good points except for the fact that you said that I do not understand actual game design or that I am in a mindset that clans are their own little bubble-universe.

@Pimperatos I made the first version of fort Fang which was very balanced and fair.
JC and its "development team" turned it into this unfair disgusting monstrosity it is today.
Flag was 15 minutes to win. Defenders didnt spawn right next to the first wall and right next to a group only door(Which was in the middle between the 2 gates) Everybody started with a pistol and no special team only weapons or VIP weapons were given to anybody. /lVMz8hC
