Just finished encrypting my hard drive, used Veracrypt for AES 256-bit encryption, pretty good in my opinion. To the people here who actually go through the trouble of encrypting their hard drive, what encryption tool did you use? and how long did it take?

me grandmum is a tech wiz and she encrypted her laptop since she's a neurologist.

I never said that and or implied it lol. I encrypted my hard drive for extra security.
