This is going to be a long suggestion, there will be a tdlr at the end but roblox moderators i suggest you read the entire thing.

Roblox limits its creators in its tools, even with the limits roblox developers make amazing games, now imagine them with less limits i will talk about lots of different features and fix's roblox should make. I will talk about from building feaures to coding

Textures:
Roblox should integrate a new material and texture system, one that allows the use of normal, displacement, spectacular, and occlusion maps along with the regular color map roblox has. These types of textures would bring the flat regular textures to life and bring a much better feel to roblox

Along with better textures materials also need to be updated. Roblox should add multiple materials such as more realistic metal and water, this is all very self explanatory so I wont spend much more time on it.

Rendering and Lighting
Rendering can make or break a game, roblox should add HDRR, high dynamic range rendering or high-dynamic-range lighting. The difference is great and allows creators to make more cinematic and beautiful scenes

roblox lack's in realism, not how the characters looks or how everything is blocky but in lighting. Roblox should upgrade its sun to interact with reflective item's and transparent items. in example Lit translucency, when an translucent object is affected when in different lighting and viewed from a different angle, like smoke directly in front of a light is more translucent at the point of concentrated light or 2 translucent balls with the same transparency would look different if one was in the light and one in the darkness. along with relisim roblox should add sub surface scattering for better renders, subsurface scattering is when shading a given point, the distance from the light at the point the ray entered the surface can be obtained by a simple texture lookup. By subtracting this value from the point the ray exited the object we can gather an estimate of the distance the light has traveled through the object.

Roblox often talks about particle system's and recently upgraded the look of them too these particles should have better physic's with vector fields which limits the influence of particles.

Post process effects

effects are tools in ways developer's make things look more interesting, roblox can offer pre-set effects in which developers can tweak to their hearts desire. i will list them below

Len's flare(no need to explain)

eye adaption(the effect experienced as human eyes adjust when going from a bright environment into a dark environment or vice versa)

Tone Mapping (allows the colors of the rendered scene to be shifted or modified to alter the end result. This can be used to create effects such as a sepia filter, hit effects (i.e., a red flash), and many more.)

wet surface's is also another feature roblox lacks in, Reflective Environments can make a scene more cinematic and change the mood of a game from slime to rain it could be used in many ways

Light shafts can make a underwater scene more realistic and make an outdoor scene better, this would make the already in place dynamic lighting even more dynamic.

Ray Traced Distance Field Soft Shadow, whats wrong with more realistic shadows?

NOW THE BEST ONE!!!!

visual scripting, visual is a scripting system based on the concept of using a node-based interface to create gameplay elements:

Games - set up game rules, tweak gameplay conditions, etc.
Players - create variants with different parts and Materials or character customization.
Cameras - prototype new camera perspectives or change the camera dynamically during play.
Input - change the player controls or allow players to pass input to items.
Items - weapons, spells, pickups, triggers, etc.
Environments - create randomized props or procedural-generated items.

TL;DR
roblox can upgrade it look's and usability since its time for everyone to upgrade from 1997 computers, roblox "unlimited possibilities can be more limitless with these features

P.S. unreal engine is now free and has all of these features plus more.
