I already have the 2 Images I want.
i went to
roblox file location > content > textures > replaced the two default cursors with mine
but all it did was make the cursor an arrow..

Wait, so you replaced the cursors, with the image you want, and it's making an arrow?
Maybe the images that you used are too big, if so just press open with paint.net on the original cursor, and then paste your image on to their like that. |

Try reinstalling roblox and trying again? |

Take the ID number of the cursor and minus one.
So 64326437 is what it gives you.
When you put it in, change it to 64326436 |
