Since the Director position is yet to be filled, I will be launching the , now monthly, projects for each sub division. The projects are as follows:
-Builders: The need for more advanced training bases is at it's most thus your job will be to create a training and/or TDM base for RA. For this project, two builders working on a single map is allowed and recommended to get the job done faster. Great things are expected.
-Base Holders: As always the job of keeping an active group base is not an easy one so your project is to study and write a report on the power balance between the defender/attack teams and to deal with any sharp edges to make sure the bases remain fair for both teams. Help from HRs is recommended.
-OmgEngineer: As the tech expert, your project will be to design new versions of our current tanks. The new versions, both ours and the hostile tanks, should include anti-infantry, anti-armor, OR anti-air weaponry. You have permission to check with HR,s MRs, and even LRs to decide the additions that should be made and possible designs for each vehicle. Scripting will be done seperately after the tanks are built.
-Scriters: Your project will be centered around our curren weapon technology. Being raycast, you have to create a target-practice system that is compatible with raycast weaponry.
-Artists: Your project is to design new ads for RA. Starbuckdog, being head of ad launching, will specify what you have to create.
Time Limit: Everyone will have untill the end of March to finish their projects. As RUS law states you have permission to request a time extension. |

Moscow:
Hostiles and RA have similar power; RA and Hostile vehicles and weapons remain balanced by health, power, accuracy, etc. When one Hostile fights ten RA, there is hardly a chance of survival. When one RA fights ten Hostiles, there is hardly a chance of survival. When there are three Hostiles and three RA, there is a balance. But as always, one Hostile against ten RA, the Hostile that complains about unfairness is blind; that one person cannot expect to raid alone, or be able to survive for long.
Vehicles are balanced, although Hostiles have buses and RA has trucks.
Guns are balanced, although the secondary weapon of RA has less ammo per clip than Hostiles; 8:15, etc. Some weapons are exactly the same, other than appearance; RPG and LAW, riot shields, etc.
Hostiles require teamwork to be able to expect progress for their team, they also require uniting or separating, so that they attack with a great force, or make a get away in many directions. Any raid loss for Hostiles is due to lack of any teamwork, strategy and/or number. (Or spending too much time breaking rules or talking) Organised raids always show hope for Hostiles; as seen when RIC raided. They used teamwork and attacked in groups, nobody was alone. Some reached the HQ, but others lacked movement and were sniped one by one. In this example, they were pushed back when the few in Red Square were gone, and the many on buildings were falling. That case was a lack of strategy, but some teamwork was shown. |
