This will be a guide to help trainers, and trainees of 44USM's army OCS guide. You will learn what to do.
1. First of all, to be part of the OCS, you must have passed BMT. Currently, due to the dwindling numbers of the army, we will be accepting candidates of E2+. In a few weeks, when numbers are back up, It will be E5+. But for now, E2+.
2. Once your instructor(s) has begun the OCS, you will listen to them, and only them, and make sure your paying attention to them, and what you are doing.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Next is the order of the activities you will do, in order: 1. You'll be inspected by the instructors to make sure you have the correct dress code. 2.You'll first start will drills, such as faces, laps, etc. 3. Then, you will be taken to the courses, and you'll have a set time limit when doing them. 4. After this, you will be doing the course, in pairs, or teams. IN pairs, you will wait for your partner, to catch up to you, if you happen to be ahead. Failure to do so will be an automatic failure. 5. You will then lead a small group on the courses, with one leader at a time, showing your leadership. 6. Next you will head to the classes, to be TESTED, not GIVEN the ranks. Failure to do so correctly, will be an automatic failure. 7. After this you will be practicing sword fighting. 8. Next,You will have a Team Death match, with one leader at a time, showing how good you are in battle. 9. Finally, graduation. Graduates will be awarded the pay grade and rank of O1, Second Lieutenant. The graduate who graduates with honors will receive O2, First Lieutenant. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the OCS, you are to find a job. You'll have two weeks to do so, or be removed from officer rank.
Remember never to disobey your instructor, and try your hardest! Good luck! |
