Mets right now have a better chance for the playoffs than the Yankees. Buy or Sell on that?

Vegas odds have the Mets and Yankees both at 28/1 to win the World Series.

If Matt Harvey stays healthy do you think he could give the Mets 25-30 quality outings and possibly 15-18 wins?

I will buy this statement. Matt Harvey is back to solidify an already above average pitching staff, and signed Cuddyer.
The Yankees has been on the decline ever since CC Sabathia lost his velocity and no longer became an ace. A definite downgrade trading for Gregorius to replace Jeter, and further question marks with the health and age of the whole lineup. Not to mention the rotation is Tanaka then a definite drop in stuff. I actually believe Nathan Eovaldi will be their 2nd starter. Yankee fans better hope that the outfield, Tanaka, and that great relief staff can even get them close to division/wild card contending. |

Buy. The NL East is trash aside from the Nationals, and the Mets have ,ore youth and more talent.

The Braves could be contenders, they've got a few good pitchers and Craig Kimbrel is a lock-down closer.

Staying in the NL East, are the Marlins a legitimate contender? Buy or Sell on this.

Sell (presumably that means I think they won't do good) I don't think they're ready to explode into a good season.

Really Donny? You don't think with their lineup and some good pitchers? I'd honestly bet on 80-82 wins.

Are the Marlins really going to rely on Suzuki to play a large amount of games? He's really one of their only veterans right? A good team leader but not what he used to be at a younger age.

Miami is a legit Playoff contender, but I don't see them coming anywhere near a World Series.

I will say Buy.
Their lineup has a great mix of speed, contact and power with the contrasting bodies of Dee Gordon to Mike Morse and Giancarlo Stanton. Martin Prado is back in the NL East. And the most importantly Jose Fernandez is back to ace the club ahead of the likes of Latos, Henderson, and Cosart. |

zc, I actually love their rotation. It's young and filled with great arsenals of pitches. Miami played it right this year in my opinion.

I won't buy on the Marlins until about early June, if they're off to a good start then we'll see but like every other team has the chance they could collapse in the dog days of Summer.

Donny, buy or sell on Toronto? Young 3 talented starters for the most part in their rotation, Buerhle could still pitch a solid 200+ innings, he did start 10-2 with a 2.10 ERA last year before slipping.

Ithe, no... Espcially after losing Scherzer via free agent and V-Mart via injury. Anaheim, Seattle, and even CHICAGO have better looking teams than Detroit at the moment.
Zc, I have to say sell. The pitching rotation is still a huge question mark for me. Their lineup is probably the best in baseball, but you need pitching to be a real true contender in this recent pitchers game. |

I can't convince you to buy by saying watching the team the past few seasons and seeing their young prospects perform they're looking good? I'm sure R.A (roblox censored, we all know him) and Buerhle will be 1 & 2, Marcus Stroman and Drew Hutchison probably 3 & 4. Aaron Sanchez is alright, could be in the mix for the closer with Brett Cecil, Cecil is a good pitcher, strikes out guys a lot. I honestly might think the Jays could reach 85-88 wins but in the division it might not be good enough.
