Hello there, friendly Targetarians,
I'm your Vice President, and this forum is dedicated to our interns to learn about being an intern, and what an intern is.
First of all, an intern is a worker-in-training. You aren't officially a registered worker at Target until you pass this rank.
"How do I rank up from Intern?", you may be asking.
Well, by completing a series of tasks in our training centre, visiting the homestore often to help customers (working in the cafe) can get you a gold star sticker. (Just kidding, you'll be ranked up.)
But, as I said...being promoted to the next rank takes time, you'll have to attend weekly trainings at our Training centre.* Interns are required to know how to perform the following:
❥ Working with customers ❥ Knowing what clothing suits a customer. (Getting to know them) ❥ Being respectful and using grammar fluently. ❥ Making our customers feel warm, and welcomed in our stores. ❥ Knowing how to deal with trolling customers
Doing these task correctly, can lead you on the right path to the next rank!
Also, remember, our Staff Coordinators and the rest of our staff are constantly watching what you are doing. So remember to always be on task.
*Sales Associates and Senior Associates still need to attend training as well.
Redguyj,
Vice President of Target
Signing out!
