This is pretty old, and it's been done before, and "i did this 2 years ago" and "this isnt scripting helpers" and blablabla but I figured I'd share it with you guys. Who knows, it might help you in your tech development.
Most people know that the .MouseButton2Down (right mouse down) event in your mouse is either locked or doesn't respond because your camera controls use it. That is correct.
But, and this is interesting, GUI objects such as TextButtons do allow Mouse2 clicking. So if you were to create, let's say, a first person shooter, you could simply put a TextButton on the screen, connect that with the script your gun uses, and voila! You got yourself a working right mouse down event. No longer will you have to use the button Q or E for your aiming down the sights.
This is trickier in normal Roblox games (ie. third/first person combination) because your mouse can be anywhere on the screen. I guess a 1,0,1,0 sized TextButton and ZIndex 11 would work, though.

what? it's simple. it's a matter of connecting an event to a function. maybe let the script create a gui instead of startergui'ing it. well that seems logical.

It would be used more in FPS games rather then clans though. I find the scroll wheel nicer :P

| I use ROBLOX Studio but like the only time my places would look good is with Build Mode IN ROBLOX STUDIO! Edit Mode has its limits. |

Edit mode does not have limits. Build mode has limits.
Secondly, yes, it would probably only be used with the FirstPerson cameratype.
