It just brings up the blocked plug-in steps again but I allow ROBLOX on it.
it asks me to download again when its downloaded 20+ times, and plugins are allowed

Try restarting your computer. Re-installing won't do anything if you try to, because you already have 20 programs of ROBLOX. If that's not the case, check your web browser settings to see if something is blocked, also make sure to check your firewall if it isn't blocking anything from ROBLOX. Also, check your anti-virus software as well. (If you are using one which is unsafe.) |

Im not using the virus program ROBLOX isnt blocked

Then if that's not the case, then check if the plug-in for ROBLOX is on Always allowed. That is if you're using Google Chrome. |

Running out of options here.... Check for any viruses on an anti-virus software. If there is no virus, then it might be that your computer needs an update. Check if there are updates then update your computer. If that does nothing, then it could be your computer OS. What's your OS of your computer? Please give out specific details. |

Are you sure you did all those things I advice? If those don't work, then try using a different browser. As long as it's not IE. |

I had that, I tried all of what you said before.
Then I messaged roblox support, which took forever so I resorted to system recovery... It seemed to mess up due to an windows update, atleast for me. |
