i actually specifically used the word 'practically' because of scratch
scratch is potentially easier than HTML and if your language isn't even as hard as a markup language...there's a problem |

I think Python is easier. Try batch, it's hard to start off with, but gets easy. |

Try German, It's easier than you'd think!
All silliness, HTML5 id really easy to use, but Java Isn't that hard either, just watch a few tuts (Tutorials) on each and you will pretty much know everything!
Also... Eh, umm... Unity? |

German is pretty easy. Stop bringing it up, you're making me wish I kept learning it.
I would say Python. It might be more complicated than Lua, but it is a pretty high level language, and is super easy to learn the basics. Lua doesn't have anything except basics, but Python is more practical for stuff. |

CJam and GolfScript are pretty easy, too. No, this is a joke. And stick to Lua, it's the easiest one I've seen.
