Oh my gosh, you've forced me to recite my TimeTravelLogic. Time must be projected into 2 tracks, one with time travel, and one from before time travel happened. Each would play like an animation with a very high FPS. Basically, unless my theory is true life is not frames. Unless you count the refresh rate of your eyeballs as the FPS, it is different than digital animation. |

That said, I myself likely see at 220+ FPS if we were able to gauge this. Being a dirtbiker, and snowmobiler, I will spot an object, obstacle, etc less than a split second, while flying upwards of 60 mph through a tight forest or trail.

@tj very smooth. Very fast. Very aggressive.
It's hard to describe until you get into the zone. |

@Tj learn to race a dirtbike and learn that in the time you blink you've gone multiple feet.
If you fail you die or are in a lot of pain.
It's great fun |

| Life itself isn't measured in frames, but I think an average human can see up to 300 FPS with no trouble, and a trained professional like a pilot can see up to 1000 FPS or something |

| School for me is basically sitting around and doing work, and i'm on the computer a lot. BUT, i have a whole ton of running to do at recess. And sometimes i go hiking or walking after school. So, it varies. Around 60+ FPS. Sometimes 100+. Sometimes very low, like 20+. |

Zero.
Don't let sony's mag fool you.
Even if we discover 7000 Hz monitors then we will notice the difference between 9000 and 7000 hz |

also as to what poni said about the fighter pilots they have a lot of reaction training and stuff
to test it they showed them an image that lasted 1/255 of a frame iirc and most of them could tell you what the image was=255 fps |

I'd imagine it's lower than you think.
Or maybe our eyes have some sort of motion-blurring that makes motion appear ultra smooth, because when I look at a game running at 60 fps, motion seems more intense as compared to motion in real life.

@Shovuc I'd think it's like a camera
Only happens when it's dark.
You won't see any blur if the environment is well lit. \
I noticed.
Also notice how noisy(Digital noise) the environment looks like when it's dark
Almost like your eye is increasing the "ISO" |
