the r9 285 is MUCH better than the 745, after 8gbs Ram doesnt really matter for gaming, and the CPU on the 2nd computer cant OC. |

tl;dr
Cyrsis 3 Very High MSAAX4 1080p 34.8 average FPS
the cyrsis series has always been very demanding on computer hardware btw. |

( note that I already had monitors keyboard and memory ) geforce gtx 970 Intel Core i7 I7‑4790K 4 GHz Quad‑Core Proc due to me already having a few parts the total came out cheaper |

i decided to go for a i5-4690k just cuz i didnt have an extra 100 dollars at the time.
when i do upgrade my cpu though ill probably get the i7 (or intel's newest assuming they still have 1150 socket) and a new GPU (maybe r9 3xx series if it's rlly good) |

it's pretty good, but i dont know the PSU brand or Mobo model so i cant say for sure.
sometimes prebuilts try to screw you over with a crappy PSU so your PC fries and you need to get a new one or to limit upgradability. |
