Human beings have different tolerances to different types of light.
Some peoples' blue cones (nerve cells in the eye that sense blue light) might be more active than other peoples' and therefore some people are able to pick out the blue and black out of the image better than the gold and white while others are able to see gold and white more than black and blue.

It's whatever your mind perceives it as.
It is blue and black simultaneously being white and gold. It depends on the observer.
Just as if you were to put a cat into a box and then fill the box with gas and kill the cat, the cat is still alive and dead and in every other possible form that it could be in within the box until you observe the condition of the cat.
It's a perception experiment like Schrodinger's cat. |

Did you read what I posted.
That's why. Cones detect colors in our eyes and send the colors it detected to our brains.
Some peoples' cones aren't as sensitive to certain colors and that's why it might appear different from one person to the next. |
