There's an issue when dragging a model next to a basepart, it leaves a thin gap which makes it misplaced, How can i solve this issue and is their a specific plugin that is made for this problem?

Get a more precise building API, like: http://www.roblox.com/Building-Tools-by-F3X-Plugin-item?id=144950355

That is the one I use for my maps, it is much better than the ROBLOX made one.

Why don't you take a seat over there?

Yes, but, you can use the group tool on the very bottom right to create groups of parts you can move.

To select all of the parts to put in the group, hold CTRL and click all the parts you want to select.

Because when I select a model it selects the part I clicked within the model.

When ever I need to move something big, I normally just use the ROBLOX one and turn the stud increment to the lowest.
