₪▬ The Zap Army: Codex ▬₪ ₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ₪ Basic Rules ₪
This is the standard set of rules that all Zap Army members. Any soldiers, or Officers found breaking these rules shall be punished in a suitable manner.
1 - Higher-ranking members must be referred to as 'Sir' or 'Ma'am' at all times.
2 - Zaparians must *ALWAYS* be mature, this cannot be stressed enough. Though there are many ways to define maturity, we look at immaturity as whether a Zaparian is behaving in an appropriate manner depending on the situation. This means messing around in places like a raid or defence will not be tolerated, and a strict, serious attitude is required at all times.
3 - The Zap Army must be your primary group. We are not a second option group, we are a full dedication, we are an obligation. If you do not realize and appreciate this, then you are not worthy of our ranks.
4 - A lazy Zaparian does not deserve to be a Zaparian. An inactive soldier who no longer seems to care for the group will be removed, regardless of rank. Inactivity will have a zero tolerance attitude. A soldier who does care about the group would be smart enough to let a General+ know of his/her coming inactivity.
5 - The use of faces is highly limited and prohibited. Faces such as "xd" ":)" ":D" ":3" are good examples of those that are banned. The few faces that are allowed are "-_-" ">_>" "-.-" but we encourage you to refrain from using them on an overall level when on duty.
6 - Grammar and punctuation. Zaparian units are expected to present themselves well in all aspects, including that of speaking. Full grammar and punctuation is expected to be used when on duty. Full stops, capital letters, commas, etc, fall into this category. You are also required to spell to the best of your ability, so that there are less miss-communications.
7 - Never surrender. Zaparians would rather execute themselves than be taken as a prisoner. This shows that we are not weak, and are willing to fight until the bitter end.
8 - Respect. Not just those above, but those below you. Respect is something that brings us all together as a community and as an Empire. We are all united, so we should all treat each other as if our lives depended on it. You should not go around starting arguments and making grudges between your fellow soldiers, for they will be the person you fight with when in action.
9 - Zaparians are NEVER to use all-caps. The only exception to this rule is Officers who are trying to make their orders clear, and unmissable.
10 - As a Zaparian, you are never to leave a raid, or a defence to do something else. (For example, go and play a front-page game.) If you are required to leave for real-life reasons, or you happen to disconnect, you MUST let the Commanding Officer of your server know.
11 - Zaparians are required to speak in Teamchat at Raids, even if the Outpost we are harvesting is bubble-chat only. We must appear completely silent to the enemy at all times.
12 - Defending against the Army during a raid is strictly forbidden. Doing this will class you as a traitor and you WILL be blacklisted and have a SoS order put on you. ₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪
₪ Officer Codex ₪
The Officers are not exempted from following the rules. While having to follow the main guidelines, they are expected to follow their own set of rules as well. If you are not an Officer, you **can** skip this bit, although it is recommended that you read sections of it.
₪ Section I: Training Rules.
This section of the Codex is specifically aimed at Zaparian Officers who host trainings. 1 - Admin. Officers have been granted Admin for a specific reason. It is *NOT* here for you to be abused, and over-used. Before you use admin, think to yourself if it is really needed▬ If the answer is no, then you are not to use it.
1a - ADMIN ABUSE: If any Zaparians catch an Officer abusing their administrative rights, you are to screenshot it or take video-evidence of them doing so, then send it to a General. We recommend uploading screenshots to the internet, then sending the code at the end of the link to a General+, or the Head Trainer via Private Message. (For example, /ATeSt123, that is what the code will look like.)
2 - Co-Hosting. Officers are allowed to select any Zaparian who is a Lieutenant or above to Co-Host a training with them. The Co-Hoster will be helping the Trainer with certain things. For example, organization of the Troops, monitoring the team chats. The Co-Hosters are expected to set up events for the Trainees, as well as the Host Trainer.
2b - Other Officers at Trainings. Yes, we all know this happens a lot. A Training is called, and a lot of Officers come and stand at the front. If an Officer comes to your event, they come to participate. If an Officer is "hovering" around your Training, and refusing to take part, you have the right to tell them to leave.
2c - Other Trainers are not permitted to attend your trainings, and decide that they will take over because they believe they are "better at training" than you, IF you are doing something wrong, then they are permitted to correct you.

₪ Section II: Raiding rules
This section is aimed at Zaparian Officers who host raids on random clans, and our current enemy. Failure to abide by them can result in hosting privileges to be stripped.
1 - When raiding a random clan that is not under our enemies list, Officers are required to scout the target clan before raiding them. We do not want to attack a base that is extremely one-sided towards the defenders, be sure to check out the base properly before raiding.
2 - Before you raid, make sure you rally a reasonable amount of members before attacking. Do not dive straight into the raid without bothering to let the Troops know where you are going, or what the plan is. We are an Army of organized and elite soldiers, not a group of random mercenaries who simply dive at their target and hope for the best.
3 - During a raid, you must NOT retreat. Make sure the morale of the soldiers under you is high. Keep fighting until there is no one left to fight. Do not be selfish, as the commander of the raid holds the full weight on their shoulders. Retreating TZA units without a legitimate reason should and WILL be punished accordingly.
4 - Communicating with the enemy. All units should remain silent during raids and stick to team chat only. Speaking with the enemy only keeps you distracted as a soldier. Only when necessary, the Officer present should communicate with the enemy. Yes, this means all TZA are to ignore all taunts/flames thrown at them and keep to the task. Failure to do so will result in severe punishment as not only does this show disrespect but immaturity all the same.

₪ Section III: Expectations as an Officer
This section of the Officer Codex will explain what Officers are expected to be to the lower ranks, and how to act around them.
1 - Be a good role-model to the lower ranks. The majority of low ranks look up to Officers, and follow in their footsteps. Be fair, and equal to all Zaparians. Become the Officer that they will want to be like one day. Remember, nobody is above the law.
2 - Activity. Officers are expected to host regular trainings and raids. All Officers should be well aware of the policy of what happens to lazy Zaparians: they don't stay Zaparians.
3 - Your loyalty as an Officer lies mainly with TZA. Officers that take interest in other clans, lose activity within TZA because of these clans will be demoted.
4 - Reiterating to point 1, Officers are expected to be mature and presentable on duty. Arguing about trivial things, causing problems and overall immaturity will result in demotion.
5 - Officers must work together and cooperate with each other, any sign of hate and dysfunctional conduct between Officers should be immediately dealt with. You are the trainers and leaders of The Zap Army, there is no room for hate, only unity and respect.
₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪ If you break any of the rules listed here, the following punishments will occur:
1.) Warning and depending on severity, a suspension.
2.) Demotion.
3.) Blacklist from the Army and a SoS order put on you.
Note: A SoS order is a Shoot on Sight order that may only be given by the Commander or Emperor, and removed by the Commander or Emperor.
