For what your character/camera view in-game? I'm confused what you're getting at here. It doesn't really make a difference it's all in your play style and it also depends on the game.

@Truth
All FPS's - First Person
But Survival Games, (Survive the Disasters, Natural Disaster Survival, etc.) I play WAY better in 1st person, but I wonder if viewers would enjoy videos in 1st person.
(Talking about camera view, by the way. 1st person you can't see the body, it is as if you are the body, 3rd person you are looking at your body, it is in the center of the screen.)

Yeah people would probably like 3rd person better honestly.

@Truth
Well, the main problem I have in 3rd person is that I am running from the disaster, but have to turn around and walk towards the direction to actually see the disaster.

What's your point? You'd have to do that in 1st person too if you wanted to look at the disaster as you run away. You probably don't look at the disaster while you run from it in 1st person so why do you need to in 3rd?

@Truth
Usually I turn at random moments and backpedal for a few seconds.

My point though is that the controls are exactly the same for running backwards in 1st person, and turning your camera and looking at the disaster while still running away in 3rd person. As long as you turn your camera you don't have to run towards the disaster you can still run away while looking at it.

Yeah, but you have to stop and start going left/right for a few seconds. And in those few seconds, I'm usually killed.

It's hard to explain what I'm trying to say so I made a quick little video about it here to clear things up.

I don't understand how you flipped to facing backwards without moving your character. .-.

Hold the right mouse button in, and quickly just move the mouse and it will turn your camera angle, and use the same controls you would if you were in 1st person trying to walk backwards.
