I've been using and making sets for years, literally. So I tried creating a new set earlier today, I went to click on the button that says "Create New" under the sets page, but there was no blue "Create Set" button on the bottom of the menu that appears when you want to create a set. I also can't add models to one of my preexisting sets, which is very strange. I looked up videos on youtube, I google searched my question, nothing. Any help would be much appreciated

After you create a new set you should be able to add models to it easily. It sounds like you know what to do, but let's just run over it again encase you missed a step. You go to 'Develop' and go to the bottom of the page, on the left side there should be all these different options like "T-Shirts, Pants, Decals, etc." the very last one should be "Sets". Click on that and then after you click it, there should be a whole page of all the sets you've created and ones you've subscribed to. Click the "Create New" button and then after you can change the name, description, image, etc. Whenever you are done with that, go to any model you'd like in your set. Underneath the description there should be a button that says "Set Options". Click that and then you can select any set you'd like it to be added to. And then after you click whatever set you want to add it to, click that button once more and whatever set you added it to would have a little green circle with a check-mark in it. Then after that model should be added in the set. I don't really know what the issue is if you did all those steps right. Tell me after you try all of these steps again, and I'll see why it's not working!

First of all, I know how to get to the MY SETS page, but when I click the 'Create New' button, it gives me all of the options to change the title, give the new set a description, and image BUT, BUT, stop reading RIGHT HERE and pay VERY CLOSE attention to what I'm about to say next so you don't skip over any IMPORTANT DETAIL OF WHAT I'M ABOUT TO TELL YOU. I couldn't emphasize what I'm about to say more. BUT there is no button to allow me to create the set when after I've set the title, image, and description. Unless there is some really important step I'm missing, tell me, because I'm at a total loss.

I figured it out. Turns out that I needed to actually CLICK one of the models in my set, and it brought me to the model's page except with set options. Thank you so much! Another one of those cases when it's obvious but difficult if you know what I mean.
