i know you should say "an" before a word with a vowel, but "a euphoric" sounds more correct... i don't know. i'm just thinking out loud onto my keyboard.

| the "an before vowel" only applies to pronounced vowels and not silent vowels |

| A euphoric. What if you say a or an depends on if the next word starts with a vowel sound. The first syllable, I think, it is pronounced same way as the word you, and the y sound is not a vowel sound, it's a consonant sound. |
