yeah for me, i would like a ssd for my os only but i need to make sure i have enough expansion bays i probably do

yes, they're amazing at loading everything.
the 3DS uses some kind of solid-state hardware to save and load Pokemon X & Y. |

They are amazing. I have one and my PC boots up in 10 seconds or less. They are so freaking fast.

Yeah.
I like the quietness and energy efficiency of SSDs. I think those two things make up for their price and lack of space. |

Yeah.
I hate defragging my HDD, so that is another major advantage for SSDs. |
