So, I was on deviantart and stuff.. I saw this forum about weeaboos. It was discussing about how they are offensive to Japanese people or people who are *related* to Japanese. Well, some people watch anime, they obsess and say "senpai" end with "-san or -chan" or memorize the Romaji way of Japanese songs pronouncing it wrong and stuff, but I never saw it that way. Usually, they tend to fan-imize about anime and not know one thing about the culture. They tend to be critizing to Japanese people because they act the same way they do, or scare them the way they are.
Lots of definitions of weeaboo can be seen on urban dictionary, and one of them says "a person who likes Japan without knowing about the culture; and doesn't keep in touch with their culture". Etc, etc. Well, this may be logic, people might like the unexpected stuff; like bronies. They started liking MLP despite their age and people criticized them for that. Anime has started showing up on local television today too. Well.. what do you think about them?
