| Suppose I want to make a game that's Paid Access while in beta, then when it's finalized and released to the general public, it's free. How do I keep track of who bought the Paid Access version so I can give stuff in-game to them? |

| How would you do this with DataStore, since the reason why I posted this is that there's no way to tell if a player bought a paid access game or not in code? |

| Make a badge and then make it check if the player has the badge. |

Yah with badges you could mess up can forget to update or something
data stores are better and dont cost money
taking away the thing that stores players is just as easy as taking away the thing that gives them the badge |

| I guess you're right xD. I agree that DataStores are better money-wise. It's just more coding work than badges, but not a lot xD. |
