I have teh full version and I just started career how do I get more science cause 1. I have explored all of kerbin 2. I barely have any science 3. I cannot afford propulsion 4. I have gotten all the science within my range 5. My ship is not interplanetary or cannot get to the mun or minmus

restart your career you should be trying to blast off to space and get a minmus landing (that requires marginally less delta-v than a mun landing) |

if you need to test parts you dont have for a contract, you get experimental versions of those parts to use

if you haven't had sufficient experience in full version (efficient landings on mun+minmus with rockets that dont have overkill delta shmee) you NEED to do that because career's only gonna be harder
ok
kerbin:
did you do the visual surveys
you need to do a ton of visual surveys with a cheap plane
after that there's usually a satellite contract that either has a really high ap/pe (expensive rocket cause delta shmee) or some crazy inclination (which is hard to do without good maneuver nodes, flying, and also needs your rocket to be launched at a certain time so you can save a ton of delta shmee)
1 or 2 of the big payout satellite missions should get you enough kredits to get to the mun/minmus (if you havent done this before, not even in sandbox on a previous game, it will be very hard)
skip the mun/minmus visual surveys because they are very hard, especially when theyre so far apart you cant use a rover
then just spam those outposts
stick as many hitchhiker containers as you need on that thing and plop it down on minmus (avoid mun outpost missions cause the really big, let's say, 12 kerbal + lab is a delta shmee eating monster on the mun)
the outposts should get you far enough for you to get the big interplanetary missions

i know how to land on the mun and minmus and interstellar planets in sandbox but i don't have enough funds or science to make a sophisticated rocket that can go land on minmus

| I can't play with a budget, I suck too much. I probably have like 200 hours played but I still can't get to the Mun and back. |

landing on minmus is really easy you can get a day 1 encounter with minmus if performed correctly without too much dV loss i mean, it's right about at the asc./desc. node too |

yeah practice sandbox first
especially maneuver nodes because that's how you learn it the right way

| Maneuver nodes are easy, design is hard, so is docking until you get the hang of it. I only got good at docking a couple of weeks ago. |
