I mean, I use the Wiki every so often; it's not too much of a help. I watched all of Peaspod's YouTube videos; those helped me a lot. - I'll offer a small fortune of 20,000 R$ to who ever can help me improve decently. |

like you said wiki and youtube, but there is another method what i did mostly, just create a random empty place and insert free model scripts and look through them trying to figure out how they work |

The best way to learn coding of any kind is through trial an error. You need to learn to experiment and adapt your own coding style. If you learn from an external source then you're only learning what that source knows, not what you might be able to find out on your own.
I suggest reading the pil and using the wiki as basic references, but the absolute best way of learning is on your own. |

| Sit around here and try to help. Get shouted at when you do stuff wrong and learn from the people who do it right. |

The wiki is, IMO, the easiest way to get into Lua scripting. It's the method I used to learn Lua, when I was in eigth grade two years ago.
A general list of tutorials, where you can find what you want to learn easily. http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Tutorials http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=AllTutorials
What I recommend to absolute beginners: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Absolute_beginner%27s_guide_to_scripting http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=In-Depth_Scripting_Guide
For people who know a little scripting. This takes your scripting knowledge and gives it applicable uses. It also teaches you about the various things and objects in Studio. http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Cookbook

| I disagree with "not having enough intelligence" it's having enough interest. It requires a ton of interest and dedication to learn it. I'm really only scratching the surface. To learn it you have to love it. |

I started halfway thru Year 7.
Also, ignore D7, anyone can do it.
Just look at scripts in freemodels, read the wiki, and experiment. That's been proven a working method, as that is how I learnt :)
Good luck! |
