A 24 hour clock doesn't tell you the date
Its just a 12 hour clock that goes to 24 instead of starting over at 1 when it gets to 13 |

Any time happens twice in am and pm. 01:00:00 happens once in the day and the night and so on

| That's more of a joke, not a riddle, which is exactly why it isn't stimulating. You didn't give us much to go on, it could have been anything, and there isn't much of a way to figure it out. |
