Lately departments and agencies have been placing disclaimers stating that they could abuse their admin as much as they want and that you cannot sue or be prosecuted for it, well i'm here to clarify that.
When a tryout for an agency is being conducted, the host cannot use his/hers admin to abuse and later state that 'we cannot be sued for what happens', if a person abuses their admin at a tryout they can be sued or prosecuted in court.
It doesn't matter if you own the place. I'd also like to state by getting them to sign something saying that they could be abused and not be sued for it has no legal recognition and the Justice Department will prosecute anyone abusing their admin.
Lastly, the legal rules at a tryout facility aren't up to the game creator so by stating that 'upon entering the game your rights are removed' is a void statement and will not be recognized by the Justice Department when prosecuting. Your constitutional rights cannot be legally removed when trying out for an agency/department seeing as the game creator isn't given the power to make that call.
I hope this clarified everything, thanks!
Signed,
Attorney General, Smallchomama1234 Department of Justice |

| Can you give the definition of what is abusing? Because tryout host can abuse and say "The definition of what is abusing and what is not abusing wasn't give in that forum thread" |
