Possibly 1-3... It's definitely not that great. 2BG os RAM is simply not enough. Celeron, I don't see those unless I'm in school and I'm assuming the graphics card isn't great. |

Can't see how you can. Depends what games you've tested it on.
Possibly due to the Graphics Card, since you didn't mention it.
I could barely run on 9 on
With Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770S CPU @ 3.10GHz
RAM: 6.2 GB
Windows 8 64 Bit.
Intel HD 4000. (This was holding it back)
I've swapped out the Intel HD for a card that's 10 times better than it.
But I genuinely can't see how you can run it on 6-7 |

@Slm, budget PCs?
It could possibly since PC parts tend to do a bit better when they're new since, sometimes as it gets older, dust will build up and could slow down the PC Parts since they can overheat if the air gets blocked out by the dust clog. |

wow you people a celeron isn't a bad choice,i've seen,more than a dozen times by the way,people go for haswell pentiums in budget workstation builds mobos with 2gb RAM are also more commonly upgradable to 6GB and these upgrade kits are less than $50,it's not that big a deal

lol it doesn't matter about your ram or anything
just upgrade your graphics card and depending on how good it is, you should be able to play on higher graphics.
otherwise, probably 1-3. |

@Pela, there are certain stores which you can purchase RAM from and install it into your motherboard.
I have no clue about Laptops though. I've never tried it. |
