| What I mean is, should I use Mesh Guns or guns made from Bricks in a game I'm working on? I'm afraid that if I use brick guns it'll slow down the game and lag it up a bit, even if I use union. Mesh Guns don't look that good but definitely won't lag and slow down the game as much as brick guns, plus mesh guns would be easier to put camo on. |

it's a thing of preference, but keep in mind with mesh guns, that you probably won't be able to make sweet reloading animations. or at least i haven't seen that done yet with mesh guns.
and of course, you would have to know how to make a weld script if you used a brick gun though. still worth it though, if you know anyone who can make a good gun model. |

I'd choose brick guns.

@GodShowsTheWay Solid modeling wasn't made to reduce lag in the first place. It was created to enable devs to craft shapes out of any parts.
