1. Admin Abuse. That's right. Admin Abuse is rampant in here. If they don't like you for whatever reason, they kill you or kick you. It's bloody ridiculous.
2. Offense. I've noticed that if someone doesn't like what you say, they kick you. For example, all the people that are "Lords" in any big House can't take a joke. There's a difference between role-playing and going to far. For example, Oscrus, the Lord of the Lannister House tried to get the Night's Watch kicked out of the Seven Kingdoms because of what someone said. I'm not kidding. He got offended over one small comment. This also happens in servers as well. If someone doesn't like what you say, you get kicked. Again, it's bloody ridiculous. To the Lords that are reading this, let me make something very clear. If you are taking offense over something that someone said in any of groups, which is over the internet, then you shouldn't be on the internet at all. If you seriously take offense by someone who you don't know, who also doesn't know you, is over 1000 miles away somewhere in the world, and you have no connection with them, then you have a serious problem. You kick people out of server for simply disliking the way you lead, or by making a snide remark about you? You got serious issues. I understand role playing, but this is taking it to far. At this point, you are just a terrible leader and Admin Abuser who kicks and kills if you don't get your way.
3. Power abuse. Just because you're a Lord of big House, does not grant you permission to have everything go your way. This goes towards you, Oscrus, and other people who are similar to him. You want to get rid of the Watch simply because it won't adhere to YOUR rules? Seriously? That's just called being a prick, and everyone else who does something similar to other people or groups is also a prick as well.
4. Sucking up. Yeah, I see this too often. People often suck up to a big Lord or Knight simply because of their position. It's stupid.
5. Lack of care or attention. Let me say this right now. The duty of a leader is to serve your people, not the other way around. If it weren't for all of the 700 people who joined the group, then you would have no power what so ever. Don't take the ordinary person for granted by simply kicking or killing them for no apparent reason.
6. Respect. Just because you are in a certain position, does not mean that I will respect you right away, nor do you have any right to demand it. Here's how this works. Everyone starts out with a basic form of human respect. As in, I'll respect you as another person, we'll be cool. No problems on either side. However, if you go up and start demanding that you get the respect of a Lord or a Knight simply because of your position, then I'll just give you the finger. Extra respect is earned, not given simply out of title. If you want me to give you that respect of a Lord or a Knight, then don't go up demanding it, but earn it. That's how it works.
That about concludes this post. Remember, don't be a prick or power-wielding selfish ass. |

| Sad, but true. I love the genre, and the group has potential... but these need to be fixed. (Most of these problems have something to do with House Lannister.) |
