| My old account, anguz110, was stolen in early 2012. Then in 2013 I tried to change my email but instead it sent it to the account stealer, and now I can't get my account back. My dad won't let me use his email and that was the billing address for my account. Help? |

Your going to have to Email Robox this, because Mods don't do anything to help about this kind of stuff.

I already did lmao. They did nothing but tell me to use the billing address.
Even though I can prove the account is mine. I can name the first pass I had, and some of my other passes I used on it as well. I can also give the join date and the birth date.. But even with all this proof, they still need the damned billing address. |

| Just say your homes address, that be your billing address if you did buy something before. |
