I tried making a gun that shoots round rays with a cylinder mesh but instead of having a ray that is round, I got a tiny cylinder(in the middle of where I clicked and my gun) that was facing up instead of facing the direction I clicked. Is it possible to rotate a mesh?
How to make gun that shoots round rays, not rectangle ones? |

| Not the mesh (to my knowledge) but you can with the part. |

So there's a CylinderMesh and a SpecialMesh with Enum.MeshType.Cylinder, and they're oriented different ways. If you try the opposite, you might luck out and not have to change your code.
Otherwise, just rotate the part and swap its size properties. |

That's the problem, I'm having trouble swapping the dimensions and rotating it. How much degrees do I rotate it and on the x,y, or z? And which two dimension do I swap. |
