It has come to the council's intention that some people are wrongfully placed into Arrest on Sight (AoS), and recently one of our members were put in AoS, and never got his record clean.
So, starting from now, I would like to hear the congress's vote, and decide if this bill should be implemented into DC.
To clarify, the AoS database should be cleaned every two months.
This bill will take effect on the 15th of February 2015, if passed.
Reply with "support" if you want this to take effect. |

So all AoS people in the database should get their AoS record cleaned every two months?
Or just the ones wrongly put on the AoS database? |
