I'm kind of new to this physics-logic thing so cut me some slack.
If the universe is in fact, infinite, that would mean there'd have to be an "infinite" amount of alien species. And out of that "infinite" there's at least one that would have developed a giant bomb capable of destroying EVERYTHING and being detonated. The fact that we're not dead proves this. rite? |

| if its infinite then there is something that is always deactivating said infinity bomb |

| The universe, or better known as just "space" is a lack of any chemical known to man, it is a lack of... everything. It contains sole starts that explode into supernovas, causing expansions and contractions in "space", thus continuously creating more space. Because of this, the Universe is considered "infinite", though we still have much more to explore. |

It's just to easy to de-rail this argument......but ill do it anyway.
if there was a giant bomb maker guys then there would be giant bomb disabler guys. |

no matter how far you go into this argument.
being infinite means that it would just keep going and it wont go anywhere.
so I say there are guys that defend the bomb disabler killers and you say there are guys who kill them and I say people who kill them but it will just keep going |

| The universe isn't infinite. It's just constantly expanding. |

That's what infinite means... |

However, this also proves that somewhere, some creature built a barrier that could prevent the bomb from destroying everything, causing incomplete destruction. The main way to prove if the universe is finite or not is if we discover it, as a whole, spinning. |

@Flebale,
Who knows? Maybe the universe might stop expanding or collapse on itself. |

@jrad i believe that it's theorized that there have been multiple big bangs, and the universe is slowly expanding and contracting, eventually collapsing our universe and expanding again (this is just a theory) |

"Who knows? Maybe the universe might stop expanding or collapse on itself."
So long as there are dying stars, the Universe will not run out of expandable room. |

"That's what infinite means... "
No. It has an end.
Numbers are an example of something which is infinite, because they never end (even if you were to run out of space in the universe to write a huge number down)
The universe will never be infinite, even if it keeps growing, because it will always have an end.
That's my take on it anyways.
Anyways, the proof for the Big Bang is the same as the proof that the Universe is finite. So in other words there's no absolute consensus that the Universe has an end. |

Beings at such an infinite level as that wouldn't even make bombs or need physical weapons for that matter
