| I'm scripting one. What'd make guns "perfect" (using the word liberally of course) on Roblox in your opinion. |

reloading more complicated than pressing r
if you make it through a sequence of keys it becomes a mechanic that can screw you over when you panic |

Also would this be for 1st person, 3rd, or both?

Moving up/down with the camera is a necessity :P Bobbing animations while walking/running are also nice. If you're using it to give it to others, it would be neat if you had a system for attaching different sights, silencers, etc. with a simple part/part match up or something, but that's up to you.

A few things I think a good gun would use the following:
1.Use a part that is launched for the bullet rather than a massive long part between you and the target. 2.Some form of aiming down sights or zooming in. 3.Recoil when firing.
A good gun however would need to following:
1. The ability to shoot 2. The ability to not glitch out |

Mostly because the overheating problem was solved a long time ago if I recall correctly. And quickscoping is just, stupid and not realistic. |

1. Compatible with FilteringEnabled. 2. Ability to not shoot backwards (like come on, imagine your rapidy chasing someone, the person your following can shoot you). 3. Some nice animations for reloading. 4. Automatic reload (when they run out) 5. Don't make it too powerful. 6. You can't get damaged by it. 7. Attachments? (Optional) 8. Skins? (Optional) 9. Meshes? (Optional) 10. Make it look good. 11. Max distance.
These are my opinions. >:)
