1.Yes they are the most successful 2.I disagree they do it the most. Deflate-gate still hasn't been proven as intentional and the investigation is ongoing. They've got caught once, and there's plenty of other teams who have gotten away with minor infractions |

Rice did this in a time where probably ever WR was using stickum.
This just makes him look hypocritical, it doesn't reduce the infractions of the Patriots lol |
