especially players making SCFI themed clans and giving them swords to use at the fort like the only place swords really kind of works is in other themes.
The only reason swords are still here is because players don't like change like whats more easy a free model sword or finding a scripter and a gun maker.
i don't see any reason to try to revamp it because its just a waste of time which only focuses on a small number of players in the community who use swords.

It's just an entirely different style of fighting that people have a preference to.
I agree the concept of futuristic military clans that use a blunt piece of steel as their only weapon seems ludicrous, but in the same hand it's just a creative game and with that comes limitless options. |
