This is the guide regarding The Military Academy for The Continental Army. If you are currently at the rank of Enlistment, you need to go through the cadet academy. If you are currently at the rank of Sergeant Major, you need to go through the officer academy.
Cadet Academy:
1. In order to progress to the rank of Cadet 1, you must first complete this obstacle course, and receive the badge at the end: http://www.roblox.com/Army-Requirement-Obstacle-Course-place?id=162249482
2. In order to progress to the rank of Cadet 2, you must first attend a “Cadet 2” stage training held by an Academy Officer. This training will teach you all of the basic commands. At the end of the training, you will be tested on each command. If you pass, you will be moved to Cadet 2.
3. In order to progress to the rank of Cadet 3, you must first attend a “Cadet 3” stage training held by an Academy Officer. This training will teach you all of the formations. At the end of the training, you will be tested on your knowledge of each formation. If you pass, you will be moved to Cadet 3.
4. In order to graduate the Military Academy, you must first attend the “Graduation Requirement” training held by an Academy Officer. This training will test you on random commands and formations from the previous two stages. If you pass, you will be moved to the rank of “graduate” After you graduate the academy, you will be promoted to the rank of Private in the main army.
Officer Academy:
1. In order to progress to the rank of Officer 1, you must first fill out the application found here: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=153685094 and mail it to a member of the Military Academy Staff.
2. In order to progress to the rank of Officer 2, you must first hold five trainings that are supervised by a Major+. If you complete five supervised trainings, you will be moved to the rank Officer 2.
3. In order to graduate the Officer Academy, you must first hold a training, overseen by a Colonel+. During this training, you will be evaluated on your maturity, discipline, knowledge, and strictness. |

| The cadet course will be easy but it makes sure that new recruits know what they need to know. |

I agree what you say. I have been seen someone that don't know how to stab(or charge), most important, STS. Although handbook include all things that will be used/tested for cadet training, most of them lazy/don't know there have an handbook/don't have time/even read it, sometimes forgot the information in the handbook to read. And there is a tip: read the whole handbook, it includes all the information that the training officer will be use. |

| I don't know. Just be active at Boston and HR's sometimes tell everyone go to training. And if there don't have any information about somethings in the handbook, the instructors will be explain them. |

| Complete waste of time. This made a lot of my friends quit. And do not start on "dedication." We have waited weeks to get in and have not even been accepted. |
