There is absolutely nothing but you. The blackness stretches through the..well...blackness. You must turn this into a universe.
Types of Stars (these will host different planets): Ice: Self-Explanitory. A freezing star with cold emmiting off it. Fire: Self-Explanitory. A scolding hot star with lots of heat coming off. Medium: A mix between the 2. It isn't hot, nor is it cold.
What will you do with this space?

Create an ice star and place it in the centre of the darkness.

You now have a new star. It can host planets with cold creatures.

I'd create a rocky, freezing planet covered in mountains that could home some sort of life.

You create this new planet. A flaming meteor crashes on it, getting encased in ice. Some cells manage to wiggle out.

The cells would slowly create a new species to inhabit the planet.

They all look around the new planet. Some do strange screeches, which you assume is them calling mates. Others try nibbling on small, somehow thriving plants.

(They look similar to a penguin)
I would need to create more species for the planet to home. For now, I would name the species 'Frists'. |

Frists are born under ice, in water. The other species begin making holes in the ice and diving in to catch the Frists and eat them. It seems like they needed food that wasn't plants.

I would create a lion-like species with white fur and a cyan mane, a huge ice-coloured bird species and the Frist's main predator, a blue fur coloured with white stripes tiger like species.

The Frists are multiplying quickly, because they are the only food source for the other species. The other species use their different features to catch Frists and eat them.

I would create a new food source that would help Frist's survive. Multible plants that grow fruits like a spiky greenish-blue apple and a strange star-shaped red fruit and plants.

They now have a source of food, so they multiply some more.

I would then create a good source to the predator's liking, a delicious golden spherical berry.
