Welcome to Hex ®! The General Information thread shows you the rules, information and generally all you need to know about us.
Hex ® was founded on July 2014 to provide realistic, handcrafted apparel and was reformed in September 2014 to provide a realistic coffee experience.
We are company, controlled by multiple people in multiple areas, and we focus on providing the best services possible, day after day.

| Staff Rules and General Information:
Staff Rules:
You must follow them without exceptions. Please keep in mind that these rules are for staff to follow, failure to comply will result in a demotion or probation.
1. Don't be rude to others around you, not just at the cafe but in the group. 2. Keep a cool head, if things are heated ask another staff member to help you out. 3. Don't be immature, inappropriate or racist. 4. Don't ask for a promotion randomly. They are to be earned, with hard work and effort. 5. Don't command staff who are ranked higher than you. 6. You must follow the Dress Code (down below). 7. Use common sense, just because something is not listed here doesn't mean it can be skipped. 8. Don't steal orders that have been given to other staff. 9. You may only serve 2 drinks and 2 cakes each 10 minutes to the same person. 10. If the staff serve area is too busy, ask someone to leave the serving area or wait for it to get less crowded.
Staff Dress Code:
All staff is expected to wear their correct uniform, and there is always a uniform GUI included in any of the Hex ® group places.
All staff are also expected to follow these rules:
1. Must not have any huge or unfitting hats that make the uniform unviewable. 2. Must not wear offensive t-shirts. 3. Must not have any offensive usernames. 4. Must not wear any huge or unfitting body packages that makes the uniform unviewable.
For the exact uniform details, take a look a the group store.
If any uniforms are updated you can expect it to be told to everyone with a shout.
| Customer Rules and General Information:
Customers have a few rules to follow asw ell, which they accept when they join the group and/or join one of our group places.
1. Don't troll with the staff. 2. Don't hack, there is no point. Hacking will lead to a instant ban with low chance of a appeal. 3. Don't be rude to others around you, not just at the cafe but in the group. 4. Don't be immature, inappropriate or racist. 5. Use common sense, just because something is not listed here doesn't mean it can be skipped. 6. Don't cut in any form of lines in any of the group places, this is considered trolling. 7. You may only order 2 drinks and 2 cakes each 10 minutes. 8. Don't walk around wearing anything offensive or with nothing on at all, this up to judgement of a executive member.
If any of the rules your breaking are serious, you can get a instant ban with low chance of a unban, if your breaking minor rules you will be given a warning that can lead up to a ban.
You can also report people you think are breaking the rules.

Event Rules: (Most common events.)
Interview Rules:
1. Don't ask for a different number or position in line and wait your turn. 2. If you leave during your interview you can rejoin but need to rejoin at the back of the line, regardless of your excuse. 3. Instant promotions are forbidden.
Training Rules:
1. Don't eat or drink in class. 2. Don't speak through your superior without permission. 3. Moving in class without permission is not allowed.
Both trainings & interviews can be hosted by a executive, but it is usually recommended for a officer to do so, and these events should be announced ahead of time as well.
In trainings the goal is for Trainee's till Managers to show what they have learned for a ability to earn a promotion by asking them questions and to see how they respond and how much they have learned.
If a executive hosts trainings or interviews alone that person is responsible for contacting a officer to promote all people who passed either trainings or interviews, and there's a limit of one interview & training a day.
| Employment General Information:
Getting a job is easy, but you have to be the right person. To get a job, simply wait for interviews to be announced in the group shout. These are usually announced 1/2 days ahead of time.
In order to be promoted as a member of staff you need to be active, attend meetings and events, be loyal and most importantly be friendly.
Customers can be promoted to Premium Customer if they are either a loyal retired member, have given out plenty of donations noticed by the Chairman or Chairwoman or have been a loyal active member of the company for a long period of time.
Staff can be promoted by attending to trainings or by being active on the group wall alongside being active in any of the group places.
Promotions for staff are to only be given once a day and every three days.
If any double promotions are given the person being promoted will be demoted back to their previous position.
Customer to Trainee is one promotion, and you can't promote that person Barista I within the same 24 hours.
