I'm tying to make ADS (aim down sights) and it almost* works in stuido. So I test it a on separate server and it says render stepped can only be used in a server script.
I check the line, and its in a server script in starterpack.
If I use heartbeat, it looks choppy and ugly. HOW DO I FIX THIS?! |

| The renderstepped moved my guns head and moved the bodygyro, now it looks like poo with a heartbeat function |

I believe you mean
RenderStepped can only be used in a LocalScript.
Change it to a LocalScript. |

First of all you have it backwards
RenderStepped only works in local scripts
Second of all use a local script |

While you guys are here I have anther problem and that is positioning the "sight" brick. Right now it just puts it in strange places. Here are the things you can get you can use basically everything there is to position this, just not the mouse.
I have the head in the same cframe as the camera using welds (weird I know) but I cant figure out how to weld the handle to the head, and then make the sightbrick's position be 1 stud in front of the camera.
