Permyriad/per myriad is a mathematical unit that falls into PPN (parts per notion), literally meaning in Latin or something "per ten thousand". It's like percentage (which means per hundred) but with ten thousand rather than one hundred. 1% (one percent, 1/100) is equal to 100‱ (one hundred permyriad, 100/10000) Permille, my main, was parts per thousand. Another word for permyriad is basis point, which I namesniped also.
