Hello, I am BailOrganaGW, previously known as InevitableBeast. I am running for the House of Representatives.
About me: I've been in USA for a total of 8-9 months or so in all my time on ROBLOX. I left a few times before and came back. I have been in many departments/agencies including NRO, FIA, USM, DoJ, WHS, etc. I have also previously been in the Senate as Majority Leader, and later on became Speaker of the House after Jcmand was. Many people wondered why I was no longer SoH, and it was because I wanted my friend Jcmand to return to the position. I also felt he would've done better than myself. I then resigned from the Senate and became Secretary of the Navy, but was illegally fired and I left USA temporarily.
Why I want to run for congress: If you fully read the "About me" paragraph, you would have noticed I was illegally fired from the position of Secretary of the Navy. Not the only time it happened. I was fired by someone who did not legally have the power to do so, but did it anyways. The name will be secret as I only wanted to share the incident and how it links to my ideals and my plan. First off, I spoke to many old friends in USA. I discussed some issues they had. Some people suggested certain ideas which you can scroll down to see. I have many more ideas than simply the ones I put here, but those are some of the ideas I had. I want to be in congress to help the common people of USA. A cliche perhaps, yes. But it's true. I believe my plan will reduce corruption, help protect people who currently have a job, and help utilize certain departments/agencies more who perhaps don't do as much. It's much more than that.
What did I do in my last term: Due to the changing of my username, I don't have the original plans and speeches I made. However, I did keep my promises, and those that know me back then can confirm that. I promised to make bills such as the Industry Bill to help create more jobs. These jobs would be somewhat like the Bank of America. They wouldn't be Government owned. This would be like certain clothing shops, letting them into our cities with actual employees instead of only having jobs based off our departments/agencies. I also promised to do everything in my ability to remove the At-Will basis. I did keep that promise, I made bills multiple times to have it removed. They did fail, yes, but as I stated then, no congressman can truly guarantee certain bills to succeed. One who can 100% guarantee it, aren't really doing what a congressman should. That is how a democracy works. There are people who feel differently of such ideas I may create. There were many other things I did, and promises that I did keep. I plan to do the same this term. Keep my promises as I always have, and continue to improve our great nation.
Current plan: This is a draft I wrote on a previous forum I made most recently:
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ 1. Firing
I noticed many people asking about the firing of a director due to how abusive some may be, or how unfair they are when it comes to firing. Now, I am told that reforms require approval from the President, but a lot of directors I know have done the reform then asked the POTUS, or simply just did it without the POTUS. I plan to make a bill in which ALL FIRINGS must be approved by the Internal Affairs Bureau. The director will explain the issue about why they must fire an employee or agent/officer, then the IAB will determine if they should be fired or not. How will they determine this? How can it be fair for the directors to do such efficiently and fairly? The idea is that IAB has a representative in each department/agency. They will oversee many of the employees or agents/officers to see who are active and who exceeded the most. The director won't require evidence in order to make it fair and efficient due to them directing their own department. However, that representative will be one of the major people who determines if the employee should be fired. If they don't feel they have enough observations or are not convinced, the director may not fire the employee. However, if the director has evidence, it may overrule the representative's say and if the representative says otherwise than the evidence, the administration of IAB may fire the employee. Reforms will be done the same, but IAB will be supervising who is fired in the reforms. Demotions will work the same, except no evidence will be required for IAB administration to overrule the IAB Representative. This is meant to be fair and efficient for the directors, and more fair for employees to decrease a unreasonable termination of employment or abuse. If the director does not follow such guidelines, they will be investigated by IAB and possible charged. However, IAB will not apply if someone's employment termination is ordered by a court or if there is proper evidence or significant witnesses of rogue acts.
2. Giving the Department of Labor more authority in hiring/firing
Another bill based on this issue, but is separate. This will give the Department of Labor more authority in overseeing the hiring/firing of employees. IAB will primarily oversee firing for abuse purposes, but DoL will oversee hiring to ensure that proper people are hired. Now, for those of you who know me well, you know I try everything I can to make sure more people are hired into jobs, and I am still trying to find a way to implement that as well. However, DoL and IAB will work together to oversee these hiring/firing. IAB will advise DoL on a possible future employee's previous incidents with employment history, as DoL will advise IAB on some firings as to why they felt a certain person was good for employment (Of course, all of these may vary depending on the situation). This will leave a good balance on hiring and firing, and will give IAB and DoL more of a purpose, so they won't go to waste. More details will be needed to be made in order to make it work.
3. Police Brutality
We previously had a bill in congress a while back that stated the following:
1) Police must give 3 warnings to minor offenses before arresting
- Minor offenses include speeding, reckless driving, harassment, etc. + If such warnings are not given, it will be considered as Police Brutality and you will be investigated by IAB.
2) Major offenses is a immediate arrest
- Major offenses include murder, assault, acts of terrorism, etc. + An officer cannot arrest if they did not witness the event, and/or if there is no evidence.
There was more to this bill. However, there will be some edits made to make it work perfectly. I will re-present it since most of congress say they never saw this before, and most of the authorities are not familiar with this.
4. MUCH MORE ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
If you noticed, there are some errors as things have changed since I was really involved in USA. This is a draft, as the bills will change around. These are based off people I spoke to who suggested I do things such as this. Many agree with my plan, some do not. These bills may change around a lot as many more may see these bills and feel otherwise is needed. I have many more ideas than simply this.
I ask for you to elect me, InevitableBeast, as a Representative. I always dedicated myself to be that person who never ignores someone, and that person who does everything he can to help improve the United States.
Thank you for reading and signing. See you in the chambers.
