Introduction: To make law enforcement agencies teach law
Part 1: This will better prepare them in the field Part 2: Should decrease the amount of false arrests Part 3: Should decrease the amount of abuse
Conclusion: With the amount of abuse in our law enforcement agencies and the amount of false arrests this should better prepare our law enforcement officers so they know what to arrest for and what not to arrest for.

I proposed the same thing in 2014 but Congress wasn't active back then. |

| Nay. I can't lie, it's good but it'll never work with the stupidity in our government. |

| Until I see how they are teaching or who is I am going to say Nay. I do not see any way on how this will actually be put into place and this format... I might re consider if more is added to this as all I see if this is passed: "this bill passed now teach law" Who, how? |

| I don't see a problem with the format. It gets to the point. Law enforcement agencies like the FBI, CIA, MPD will now be required to teach law. They can choose to teach it themselves or to make their officers go to a university. There is no problem with the format. |

Nay
This bill does not provide how the agencies will "teach law" or what it even means by this, the framework is there but without some support it just falls apart
