The United States Department of Labor (DOL) is a cabinet-level department of the U.S. federal government responsible for occupational safety, wage and hour standards, unemployment insurance benefits, re-employment services, and some economic statistics; many U.S. states also have such departments. The department is headed by the U.S. Secretary of Labor.

Our main responsiblity is to oversees, develop and manage the welfare of the wage earners, job seekers, disciplinary in working places and most of the employment system for the United States. As well as keeping benefits and rights for the employers, workers in the U.S. agencies / departments.

If you want to apply as a Business Owner, and present your agency / sub-division to the Dept. of Labor, please notice with the Assistant / Advisor of the Secretary of Labor, or the Deputy Secretary with full details of the agency / sub-division. [Organization structure system]
1. Suspended At this position, you're not member of the DoL, or suspended for inactivity, disobey rules/orders, rogue or even found corrupting. You MUST send a message to the Secretary / Deputy Secretary or the Chief of Staff to schedule a review, and concern to give you a chance to be un-suspended and keep up your job. Or else you'll be exiled.
2. Business Staff At said on the entry phase, please tell the CEO/Owner of your business group / agency to get this rank.
3. Business Owner/CEO You're the Owner / Leader of your business group which has been approved to the Dept. of Labor, your responsiblity is to provide work and support of your agency / business group to the DoL.
4. Intern You have passed interview / application to be official member of the Dept. of Labor, from now you have to choose a sub-division (Offices in the DoL), and ask the Director / Chief of division to test you.
5. Office of Employment Security [DoL sub-division] Responsible for the administration of the unemployment insurance benefit and employee's safety in work places.
6. Office of Labor Safety & Health [DoL sub-division] This sub-division is working and funded directly by the Dept. of Labor. Responsible for field operating, and report status / details of worker's rights, benefits and employment services in government agency / department.
7. Office of Business Supervision [DoL sub-division] Official division. Responsible for manage and supervise activities / status and employees in the business groups that approved and producing for the Dept. of Labor.
8. Office of Labor Inspectorate [DoL sub-division] Official division. Responsible for investigate and manage activities, labor rules, wage hour, or detect and report of abusing, which has marked as revoke worker's rights abd benefits in government agency / department, and internal ground of DoL as well.
9. Office of Labor-Management Standards [DoL sub-division] This division has responsible for figuring out the omissions or vulnerabilities in employment system and worker's rights in an agency / department and report directly to the Labor Inspectorate or Inspector General, to handle and solve the problem.
10. Inspector General Appointed by the Secretary of Labor, with recommendations from the Deputy Secretary, Chief of Staff or Assistants.
11. Board of Directors Each member of this position are Director / Head of a sub-division within the DoL. As well as the advisory council of the Dept. of Labor. Responsible for manage, overseeing activities or handle reports / informs from each division, and give out advices, suggestions or ideas for the DoL.
12. Chief of Staff Appointed by the Secretary of Labor, with a scheduled meeting or recommendations from the Deputy Secretary, Assistants and Board of Directors. Responsible for manage whole activities and handle reports / informs from the General Inspector / Board of Directors on entire arrays, and report directly to the Secretary, or Deputy Secretary.
13. Assistant Deputy Secretary Aide / assistant of the Deputy Secretary of Labor. Main advisor and right-hand man of the Deputy Secretary in all affairs / arrays of the DoL, but can be concern as the left-hand man and Acting Assistant to the Secretary of Labor, during absence of the Assistant Secretary.
14. Assistant Secretary Aide / assistant of the Secretary of Labor. As well as the main advisor and right-hand man of the Secretary in all affairs / arrays of the DoL.
15. Deputy Secretary of Labor The Second in Charge of the entire organizations, regulations, activities, relations, daily task, etc. in the Department of Labor. The Deputy Secretary may act as Acting Secretary of Labor during the absence of the Secretary.
16. Secretary of Labor The First in Charge and highest command of the Department of Labor. As well as a Cabinet Official in the Executive Office of the President of the United States.
