It's not an animation, i'm not sure what it is exactly..But in most games(Like super smash bros(I tried link, I didn't try any others.)) when the character is standing or moving on a wedge or a slope his legs/foot are attached to the ground. His foot goes at the same angle as the wedge and then it moves with its moving animation.What i'm suggesting is that the leg bends at the part where the knee should be and moves the bent part to the angle that the slope or wedge is at.

that wasn't made in roblox, stupid. it was likely made in blender.

Roblox isn't a 3D modeling program the same way blender is a 3d modeling program. Roblox is a kid-friendly more of a physics simulator with scripts and building. Blender is an animation program and it was built to stretch and rotate joints. I've used Blender before. I wouldn't be surprised if this was the first time you've heard of using Roblox assets in Blender because if you did, you'd know the difference.
Have you ever even built before? Go ahead, open studio, and make that arm. No unions, 1 part for each limb, because scripting doesn't support unions, and having more than 1 part requires special scripts to be made.
