I have a major issue regarding the ROBLOX launcher:

Over the past year, my "Play" button has randomly ceased functioning on either Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Studio. Whenever this happens, I get a message upon clicking the "Play" button, which states that I must re-download the ROBLOX launcher. However, after doing so, I still receive the same message upon clicking the "Play" button again.

When this occurs on any of the three browsers, I simply switch to another one. For instance, when this first occurred, I was using Chrome. Then, I switched to Studio and it worked fine. Each time I am forced to switch browsers, I usually check the broken browser after a random interval to see if it is fully functional again. Every time, the issue resolved itself.

However, this time is different. I am now unable to enter games at all, regardless of the browser I use. The "Play" button has become broken on Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Studio, and I now receive the message to re download the launcher on all browsers. Now, I have no idea what to do, and my endeavors to seek out answers on the internet have proved to be futile.

I must say, this issue has begun to irritate me to quite an extent. I have tried every solution I could find on the Internet, including (but not limited to) uninstalling then re-installing the launcher, deleting every trace of ROBLOX and re-installing, deleting cookies, disabling/re-enabling my plugins, and switching to a different computer account.

So, if anyone has a solution, please post it here. Also, try to use as few computer terms as possible, as I am not very computer savvy. For those of you who at least try to help, I thank you in advance.

By the way, this issue started the moment I downloaded the most recent update.
