-The Winter Games
-Christmas Games

tl;dr at bottom

What Goes into the Catalog:

A small handful of around 50 clothing developing company owners, significant clan leaders, major forumers, 08'ers and legitimate (legitimate meaning no "Super Fun Mega Obby" or "Ride a Cart Into [Insert character here]) front page developers would be selected to vote for items going into the catalog in addition to 50 ROBLOX staff members. The developer side would have to be changed every year, and ROBLOX would select nominees for the community to vote on the Catalog Inputs Team. It would take 30 members of the CIT to get an item into the catalog.

Removing Games

If a game got enough over 1,000 thumbs downs, a screen would show up when you logged into ROBLOX putting an image of the game on your homepage before you did anything else. A "Vote Ban" and a "Vote Pass" button would appear below the picture of the game as well as a brief description as to why this game is being put up for a ban trial.

The following isn't really about voting, it's more about it being fair to people who get banned.

I'm guessing some of you have gotten a moderation or a ban and wondered "What the heck happened? I didn't do anything!"

I think ROBLOX should implement a court system into the website.

Since ROBLOX mods and game developers wouldn't have the time to serve as judges, why not let our minors do something as well?

REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A JUDGE:

-Must have signed up for ROBLOX in at least 2010.
-Cannot have had a moderation on account in the past 6 months.
-Must be at least 13 years old.
-Must have a verified email.
-Must have purchased Builder's Club or ROBUX at least once.

How ROBLOX Court Would Work
-Would take place in a ROBLOX staff made courtroom.
-A video of the defendant would be placed in the room for everyone to see.
-The Judge would have already seen this video, and would have a messaged copy of the player's offense.
-Jury would consist of 8 players who had signed up for jury duty.
-The Judge would make the decisions, but could be overruled by the jury if at least 5/8 members of the jury voted "Ban user" or "don't ban user" to cancel out the Judge's decision.
-Case could only last up to a maximum of 20 minutes.

Jury Requirements
The same as the Judge requirements, except for the part where you have to purchase builder's club and ROBUX.

tl;dr: Add court and voting to ROBLOX

I would prefer intelligent feedback and suggestions as well as what you would change, edit, or remove from this suggestion.
Thanks.

Support.
The USA, the very country ROBLOX started up in and the country where the majority of ROBLOX users play in, is a democracy. We get to vote for government officials and laws. Why not have ROBLOX like this too?

Roblox isn't a court. It's a game. Alot of people will leave.

You have some nice imagination, but a "court house"?!?!

Haha, No.

Also, games like R2D usually have 1,000 Dislikes for no reason, yet its popular to have 26,000 likes. Would ruin ALOT of games, and hard worked on work .-.

If you get 20 million place visits, you're probably going to have about 20k likes, 1k dislikes. It's still amazing ratings. So, why should a game with great ratings like that be put up for ban?

Currently, ROBLOX reviews games that are popular and have negative ratings, which is enough of a system in my opinion. If you managed to get a rule breaking game on the front page, it's not gonna last longer than a day and you'll likely be terminated.
