Crown - Staff Code of Conduct

I. Dress Code When you walk through the door to go into the door at cafe(to get behind the registers, you should automatically be wearing the Crown apron/uniform. If this is not the case, try walking through again. If the problem still persists, contact an admin. You should be wearing this at all times while on duty. Since you must be in uniform, there should be no problems with dress code. No inappropriate outfits, in which we’ve witnessed multiple times. If this is the case, an automatic firing shall definitely take place. No exceptions shall be made in this dress code, due to the fact that nothing has to be purchased since the uniform automatically appears after walking through through the door.
II. Work Ethic At Crown, we guarantee our staff members a lot of freedom, meaning openly exploring the cafe and interacting with others. You are allowed a break, but taking overly-long breaks will show that you are not worthy of a promotion. Your length of time on break may be your choice, but we advise you consider the longer the break you take, the less likely you are to receive a promotion. Also, you must use grammar at ALL times. Failure to use grammar while working, will be taken care of on-the-spot. We expect no swearing, harassment, advertising, immaturity, or spamming at Crown. Any of this will simply cause a crash, ban, or worse. It’s not tolerated.
III. Machines, Recipes, and GUIs The machines shouldn't really be a problem. They’re easy to get to know. The recipes are still default but a few more have simply been added on. If you’re not sure on how to make a drink, simply refresh your memory by checking out the recipe book listed in the group’s description. Keeping customers waiting over ten minutes for one drink is not permitted. Also, we have remade the GUIs and hope you can get to know they pretty easily. We hope these ones work better and more efficiently to the appeal on our staff members. Also, if a customers starts a shift on a register, simply click “stop working."
IV. Promotions At Crown, we give promotions based on your work ethic and kindness to customers and your fellow staff. We may occasionally host a training, but promotions mainly depend on how well you work. Crown MRs and HRs don’t process recommendations either, so don’t bother sending one! We don’t give promotions to those who ask for them, it’s not necessary. If you ask for a promotion, you will be demoted or even fired. We want the best for our staff. We don’t want greedy staff members, and especially not rude ones. We keep an eye out for kind staff who actually like to help customers. If you have any questions regarding promotions, please do not hesitate to contact a Crown HR, they are always glad to lend a helping hand.
V. Trolling Recently, some of our staff members have been trolling others on their break, and/or free-time. Yet again, trolling is NOT tolerated. If a staff member is caught trolling, they will be fired, and most likely banned. If you see a troller, call security or an admin on the server. They’ll gladly handle it. All trollers are crashed or banned, no notice needed.
