I'm just so damn horrible at it. Hell, it makes me want to throw my computer out of the window (no, I'd never do that, it's something called an exaggeration to represent my current feelings at how utterly horrible I am at with gunfighting.)
And no, I already know to practice and practice, but with life in the way there's little time to get better.
Some people are magically talented at gunfighting.
So, to you serious C&Gers who are willing to give advice, I need to know this and more:
- Mouse cursor speed - Dodging patterns (ex. Jump for a few seconds randomly, then move side to side) - Better ways to predict where your enemy will move - Strategies of fighting behind cover (other than poke your gun barrel out) - Strategies of how to rush and use surprise - How to effectively aim in close quarters combat
And trust me, I'm trying everything. Watching final battles, pro RCL matches, bots, anything I can think of, and it's not working.
"Learn to RCL." Well, I would, but there's too many people already obsessed with it and too good with it. Trying to become better in RCL versus people who've been doing it for years is like trying to swim in mud.
Because I don't want to sound any more desperate, especially to this subforum, I'm going to leave this open so some of my fellow forumers can also take advice.
So, if you are willing to share your tricks and tips (there aren't any secrets), then please, fire away. |

| Well, I say get a friend who is good at RCL and ask him to mentor you. That worked for me then once you are good at basics practice at tdm and become good in general. |

I might give it a try anyways. |

| Put your hand around your sausage, and stroke up and down, improve your arm muscle, and cry to your mom about how bad you suck at gun fighting, and move on. |
